Clarion Chukwurahwas born July 24, 1964 at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH). Clarion who is an indigene of Anambra State studied acting and speech at the Department of Dramatic Arts, University of Ife, Ile-Ife, Osun State

She started acting in 1980 but had her breakthrough in 1984 when she featured in a popular TV soap opera Mirror In the Sun. She is the mother of the popular music video director and CEO of CAPital Dreams – Clarence Abiodun Peters.
