MIND READING - Six Easy Ways To Read Minds And Predict Nicely

Mind reading has always been something we would like to be privy to. Although it may not necessarily mean knowing exactly what the other person is thinking, it actually has to do with predicting one’s move, intentions or even acts. Having an idea of what goes on in someone’s head can help you understand them better, and even mend or strengthen relationships. You must be careful, however, because jumping to conclusions when it is not necessary can put a strain on a relationship or even damage it completely.

  Below are six easy ways to read someone’s minds for a better understanding of who they are, what they do, why they do it, and what goes on in their heads.

People say the eyes are windows to the soul. One of the easiest ways of getting into someone’s mind is by reading the eyes. The  eyes never lie, and with careful observation, you can tell when someone is being honest or lying just by looking into their eyes. Also, the pupils of the eye dilate and constrict based on different mind states. When someone is excited, their pupils dilate and remain so. Otherwise, when they are bored or not happy to see you, they will dilate at first and then constrict.

This is perhaps the most evident indication of a person’s thought. Being able to understand various parts of the body and how they move will tell you exactly what someone is thinking at that time. For instance, a creased forehead indicates stress. The sitting or standing position will tell you if they are nervous, scared or relaxed. A confident person will display such by opening up their bodies, pushing out their chest and sitting up straight.
   Besides predicting one’s mood or actions, body language can also be quite effective in determining one’s mental state and possibly, detecting guilt.

The way a person speaks is quite different from what they are saying. Things to note when someone is speaking is;
  • The level at which they speak. Do they speak loudly or quietly, with whispers
  • The speed at which they speak. Too fast or too slow, or just right
  • The confidence in their speech. Do they speak boldly or fearfully
  • The energy in the speech
A person who talks too loudly or too quietly may be nervous or scared, same with someone who talks with a shaking voice or someone who speaks too fast. On the other hand, some one who talks slowly is calm , same with someone who speaks boldly. Note that someone who talks too slowly may be bored, and the one who talks too fast may be nervous or hiding something.

Something as common as breathing is one way to determine someone’s state of mind. Breathing normally, with the base of the spine means we are relaxed. Whereas, a tensed and unrelaxed mind is portrayed by shallow and short breathing. If you wish to have an insight into what somebody is thinking, study their breathing. If they are hiding something from you, they will not be relaxed around you, and their breathing will be choppy and short: possible indications of a nervous mind.
   A relaxed and truthful mind will be shown to you through calm breathing.

To try something as delicate as reading one’s mind, you must be observant. Take your time to study whoever it is you want to read. Take note of everything about them, from the way they talk, to the way they relate with others. They might give something off when engrossed with an activity or engaged with someone else.

Although it might seem common, spending time with someone is actually a great way to know what goes on in their heads. You may know it, but spending an hour, a day, week or even more will expose you to certain things about such person. This way, you will be able to witness firsthand, how they will react to certain situations. This will give you an insight on the kind of person they may be and what they could be thinking at some point.
   When you spend time with someone, you establish a bond and a relationship with them that allows them open up to you even without them knowing. Of course this also means you will do same without your knowledge as well.
