Meghan Markle and Prince Harry drama brings William and Kate ‘closer together’

Prince William and Kate’s hectic schedule since the ‘abdication’ of Prince Harry and Meghan has brought them closer together – signified by public shows of affection, it has been claimed.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s eight-year marriage has been afforded a boost as they fulfill a crowded diary of events, meaning they are “closer together” than ever, reports Us Weekly.

The parents-of-three are said to be “busier than ever” in the wake of the Sussexes’ move to Canada after stepping down as senior royals in January, and were spotted looking loved up in South Wales.

Wills and Kate looked particularly close during a visit to Mumbles last week, despite how much busier they are having moved very much centre stage among the royals.

Speaking to the American magazine, the source said: “The Cambridges are busier than ever since Harry and Meghan left the UK.

“You’d think their hectic schedule would put strain on the marriage, but it’s actually brought them closer together.

“Working as a team and supporting each other is essential at a time like this, and that’s exactly what they’re doing.”
Harry, Meghan and baby Archie are currently staying at a rented mansion on Vancouver Island but are expected to move to the US after they officially step down as royals in the spring.

They will stop using their HRH titles but will be allowed to maintain their private patronages and associations.
