Dog the Bounty Hunter’s stepdaughter, Cecily has been arrested by the police for domestic violence.
Police report obtained by TMZ, revealed that cops in Honolulu got a call just before midnight on July 31 about an argument at a residence, and when they got there the alleged victim who turned out to Cecily’s lover of 5 years, told cops that she punched and bit him.
Cecily’s man told cops that they were drinking before she became verbally and physically abusive, allegedly punching him on both sides of his face, biting his upper back and leaving a mark with swelling and bruising.
Revealing that this is not the first such incident has happened, Cecily’s lover revealed that he got sick of her alleged behavior and called police for the first time.
While Cecily was placed under arrest for misdemeanor abuse of a household member, the EMS which responded at the scene of the attack didn’t take the victim to the hospital.
Honolulu Prosecuting Attorney’s Office said they’ve declined to file charges, but prosecutors have up to 2 years to change their mind if new evidence surfaces.
Cecily confirms there was an incident, but said;
“It was an altercation where a man struck me and said vile things about the memory of my dead mother.
“I used proportional response, disabled the aggressor, and stood up for the memory of my mom. She would have handled it quite the same way, I can assure you.
“If you put your hands on Cecily Chapman you will get your ass kicked”
Acknowledging that cops decided not to press charges, she addded that she considers the matter resolved.
