A university administrator is reportedly killed by a 22-year-old law student at Warsaw University in Poland.
He went on to do the unthinkable when he started eating her body parts and licked blood from the axe that was used in the murder.
The attacker entered an auditorium with the weapon and attacked several people at around 6.40pm local time on May 7.
Footage from the scene shows the moment that he was pinned to the ground next to a blood-stained pavement.
The Polish man has since been in police custody, according to local media.
