The invasion of Ukraine has had a significant impact on the mobility of people and goods in the EU across all modes of transport.

Among the main issues are fuel supplies and increasing fuel prices, as well as logistical challenges linked to border crossings and airspace restrictions.

In addition, imports of goods and the large influx of Ukrainian refugees towards EU countries has led to further operational challenges for the sector.
