Plane passenger falls 50ft to her death from aeroplane boarding bridge after falling from boarding bridge ‘while arguing on phone’


32-year-old business woman, Beyza Taskiran reportedly fall at Adnan Menderes Airport in Turkey while in a heated argument with someone on the phone.

Beyza who works as a marketing manager at an IT setup was returning home after attending a tourism fair in Izbir.

Beyza Taskiran, 32, jumped from the passenger bellows and fell through a gap between the bridge and the plane at the Adnan Menderes Airport in Izmir, Turkey, local media report

Eye witnesses confirmed that she was so much in argument on the phone before she plunged to her death,all effort to resuscitate her by the emergency services prove abortive.

There were claims that she jumped through a gap between the boarding bridge and the aircraft before hitting the ground.

Taskiran, a marketing manager at an IT company in the Antalya province, plunged to her death in a suspected suicide on Monday

The unfortunate incident happened on Monday by 10 pm. Her body was therefore taken to a morgue for autopsy, while the Turkish authorities launch an investigation into her death.

Police are said to be analysing Taskiran’s phone records to reveal who she was speaking to on the phone.
