The 39-year-old Portuguese football star amassed over 10 million subscribers within just 12 hours, outpacing MrBeast, who took 132 days to reach the same milestone.
MrBeast, with 311 million subscribers, is the most followed channel on YouTube, recently overtaking T-Series, which has 272 million subscribers, and Cocomelon-Nursery Rhymes, with around 180 million.
Ronaldo, who plays for the Saudi Pro League club Al Nassr as a forward and captain, first joined YouTube on July 8 but only posted his initial video on August 21, 2024. By the time of this report, Ronaldo’s channel has exceeded 15 million subscribers.
In a recent video, Ronaldo unboxed his YouTube golden button, celebrating the achievement with his family. His channel became the fastest ever to hit 1 million subscribers, earning the prestigious memento.
On Instagram, Ronaldo remains the most-followed individual with 636 million followers, ahead of Instagram’s brand account with 626 million. His soccer rival, Lionel Messi, follows with 504 million followers, while Selena Gomez has 425 million.
