Sarah, Duchess of York, honored her “wonderful” daughter Princess Beatrice with a touching Instagram post on her 36th birthday, celebrated on Thursday.
Sarah wrote: “Happy birthday my wonderful Beatrice. You are the most amazing daughter, mother, stepmother, sister, wife and woman! I feel so privileged to be able to learn from you every day.
“You continue to inspire me and those around you with your warmth, curiosity, and zest for life. I love you. Happy birthday.”
The 64-year-old author also posted a tender black-and-white photo of herself kissing the top of Beatrice’s head, a never-before-seen snapshot.

Sarah maintains a close relationship with her daughters, Beatrice and Eugenie, 34, who now have their own children.
Beatrice has a daughter, Sienna, who will turn three next month, with property developer Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi. Eugenie has two sons, August, three, and one-year-old Ernest, with her husband, Jack Brooksbank.
