Barbara Jankavski underwent 27 operations to transform her appearance and look like the fictional Barbie doll has died at age 31.
The Brazilian influencer was found dead at a townhouse and the police are said to be investigating the death.
Emergency services was called to the property over the weekend, where they found Jankavski, but they were unable to revive her.
Barbara’s friend, who was with her at home on the day of the tragic incident, revealed that the influencer had injured her eye earlier that day.
Weeks before her death, Barbara shared a selfie on social media showing a black eye after surgery.
The injuries were reportedly part of a recent facelift she had undergone.
The fashion enthusiast’s death is classified as ‘suspicious’ while police await a full autopsy.
