Tara Reid has filed a police report after claiming she was drugged inside a Chicago hotel bar and left unconscious in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The incident was captured in horrific footage showing the star slumped over in a wheelchair before being rushed to the hospital.
According to the Rosemont Public Safety Department, the actress officially filed the report, with Reid making it clear she’s willing to prosecute anyone allegedly involved.
‘Tara Reid has filed a police report after an incident in which she believes her drink was tampered with,’ according to an insider.
‘She is cooperating fully with the investigation. Tara is recovering and asks for privacy during this traumatic time.
‘She also urges everyone to be careful, watch your drinks and never leave them unattended, as this can happen to anyone. She will not be making further comments at this stage,’ they concluded.
