Pop star Bitney Spears made a chaotic scene during a night out at a Los Angeles restaurant on Wednesday.
This comes days after leaving rehab and pleading guilty to a DUI.
The 44-year-old was agitated during her visit, then raised her voice, yelled and made barking sounds, per TMZ.
At one point, diners say Spears walked past a table holding a knife, prompting concern among patrons.
Onlookers say Spears shared food with an unidentified man accompanying her and appeared affectionate, telling him ‘I love you,’ though it was unclear whether the comment was serious or playful.
Restaurant staff reportedly had to intervene when Spears lit a cigarette near the entrance.
Spears’s representative reacting to contact from DailyMail said: ‘This is completely blown out of proportion. She was simply telling the story about how her dog was barking at the neighbors.’
Spears was eventually escorted home by her security team.
The insiders said diners didn’t realize the erratic behavior was coming from the pop star herself until after she had left.
