An 8.5-foot-tall gold-plated statue of U.S. President Donald Trump, titled The Orange Plague (or The King of Injustice), was unveiled at the European Parliament in Strasbourg, France.
The insulting statue depicts the US leader overweight and naked holding a long, gold club and sitting on the shoulders of a shorter man.

Danish artist Jens Galschiot created the statue and is said to have coated the statue with 23-karat gold leaf.
The plinth features a satirical quote: ‘I am sitting on the back of a man. He is sinking under my burden,’ the description card underneath the statue reads. ‘I would do anything to help him. Except stepping down from his back – The King of Injustice.’
The unflattering statue stands at an intersection that connects two of the parliament’s buildings, where it will remain until Thursday.
The piece protests against Trump’s approach to climate change, with Galschiot describing it as a ‘satirical outcry’ against the ‘US assault on the green transition and the rule-based world order’.
