Spanish Royal family steps out for the opening of the 14th legislature at the Spanish Parliament in Madrid on February 3, 2020.


The event which takes place after the investiture of the President of the Government, with all the Deputies and Senators that form the Cortes Generales summoned, as well as the Government at the Chamber of Congress of the Deputies of the Palace of the Cortes. 


King Felipe, arrived at the Palace of the Cortes, wearing the Congressional and Senate Gold Medals, escorted by the Royal Escort and was received by the President of the Government and by the Chief of the Defence Staff. 


Queen Letizia and their two daughters, Princess Leonor, 13 and Princess Sofia, 12 graced the occasion as a family.
