The 81-year-old music legend wore a custom white gown encrusted with crystals and beads, featuring an 18-foot train embroidered with the names of her five children—Rhonda, Tracee, Chudney, Ross, and Evan—and her eight grandchildren: Raif, Callaway, Everlee, Leif, Indigo, Jagger, Bronx, and Ziggy.
Designed in collaboration with her son Evan Ross and Nigerian designer Ugo Mozie, the ensemble was completed with a dramatic feathered cape and oversized hat, perfectly aligned with the event’s theme, “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style.”
