King Charles Greets Fans At Sandringham – But One Familiar Face Is Missing

King Charles III was all smiles on Sunday morning as he greeted well-wishers on his way to church at Sandringham — but one notable royal was absent.

The 76-year-old monarch was photographed waving warmly from the backseat of a blue car en route to St Mary Magdalene Church, a regular Sunday ritual during his time at the Norfolk estate. Dressed sharply in a dark grey suit, crisp white shirt, and tie, the King appeared in high spirits.

However, royal watchers were quick to note the surprising absence of Queen Camilla, who typically accompanies him to services. While no official reason was given, it’s possible the Queen opted for a quiet morning of rest.

The royal couple recently returned from a high-profile trip to Canada and have taken a brief step back from public engagements — likely recharging before a jam-packed summer calendar that includes Trooping the Colour, Royal Ascot, and a state visit from French President Emmanuel Macron in July.

Though attending solo this time, the King’s cheerful demeanor delighted gathered fans, reaffirming his steady return to frontline duties amid ongoing health challenges earlier in the year.
