Kanye ‘Ye’ West, 48, has changed his legal name once again as he now wants to be known as ‘Ye Ye.’
This is the second time the rapper has changed his name after hanging it to Ye West in 2021.
What is Kanye ‘Ye’ West’s new name?
In the newly obtained documents, he is listed as ‘Ye Ye’ under ‘manager or member name,’ per DailyMail.
The new moniker is listed in paperwork for his businesses Yeezy Apparel, Yeezy Record Label, LLC and Getting Out Our Dreams Inc. Ye has yet to publicly announce the name change.
What remains unclear is whether Kanye West has also legally changed his personal name to ‘Ye Ye’. As of now, only the business paperwork shows the updated name.
This is yet another reinvention for the 24-time Grammy winner in just a matter of weeks as last month he said he had done a full 180 on antisemitism following substantial backlash to his new song Heil Hitler (Hooligan Version), which was released two weeks prior.
‘I am done with antisemitism, I love all people.’ he declared on X Thursday, May 22.
