This comes just weeks after Katy’s split from ex Orlando Bloom was confirmed.
The singer and politician were filmed dining together on Monday at Le Violon restaurant.
In a video obtained by TMZ, the pair leaned over a table towards one another as they intimately chatted.
Perry was looking smitten as she was gesturing to Trudeau who was listening intently.
