Katie Price, 47, vowed to stand by beleaguered husband Lee Andrews, 42, on Friday and revealed he is taking a step back from social media to maintain their privacy after the latest chaotic week in her shotgun marriage.
The pop star earlier hinted that the marriage was already over by emerging without her wedding ring the previous day, while Andrews uncharacteristically switched off his comments on social media.
Taking to Instagram, Katie insisted her husband had merely taken an intentional step back from Instagram in a bid to protect their privacy.
She wrote: ‘Due to all the madness of trolling, people’s speculation and media frenzy that as a couple we have both decided @wesleeandrews is taking a break from social media and we are keeping things between us for now as it’s our life and marriage and are very happy.’ [sic]
Katie removed her ring after Lee failed to fly to the UK from Dubai despite repeated assurances, yet later shared a gushing post about the ‘love’ the pair share.
Despite the frenzy, Katie enjoyed a day out with son Harvey, taking him to a multisensory class in Essex.
