Real Housewives of Miami star Alexia Nepola is leaving the door open for a romantic reunion with ex-husband Todd Nepola — under one very clear condition.
During the Season 7 premiere afterparty held Tuesday night, June 20, at RosaNegra, Alexia told Page Six she’s not ruling out remarrying Todd, despite their divorce being finalized just three months ago.
“Only to Todd,” she confirmed when asked if she’d ever consider tying the knot again. “I would only remarry Todd. Not anybody else.”
But if there is a second wedding, it won’t be for the cameras.
“I would definitely not do it on TV,” Alexia said. “I feel like that’s such a special moment between the bride and the groom. Filming takes away from everything.”
She looked back fondly on their 2021 wedding in St. Barts — which was featured on RHOM — but now admits she regrets televising the moment.
“Looking back, I knew it was something he didn’t want, and he didn’t feel comfortable with,” she said. “I do regret it.”
Despite Todd filing for divorce in early 2024, citing the marriage as “irretrievably broken,” and their split being finalized in March 2025, the pair have remained surprisingly close. Just a month after the divorce, they were spotted sharing affectionate moments in Miami Beach.
“I would definitely love to renew my vows one day with him,” Alexia shared. “But I’m definitely not getting married to anyone else. That’s for sure.”
Following the divorce filing, Alexia expressed her heartbreak on social media: “I am shocked and heartbroken that Todd has chosen to dissolve our marriage… I’m praying for better times ahead.”
The Bravo star has also been candid about the toll the reality series took on their relationship.
“I love Todd. I’ve always said that we love each other,” she said during a November 2024 appearance on Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea podcast. “It was just that we have had a lot of issues because of the show. He’s not such a fan. He doesn’t like the show.”
While their future as a couple remains uncertain, Alexia’s comments suggest the spark is still there — as long as it stays off-screen.
