In a video shared on Friday by DEBRA UK—an organization supporting those affected by the rare skin condition epidermolysis bullosa—Sophie praised participants of a remarkable English Channel swim challenge undertaken by Graeme and #TeamDEBRA.
The charity wrote alongside the clip: “Our Royal Patron HRH The Duchess of Edinburgh GCVO congratulates Graeme and #TeamDEBRA for completing the incredible Channel swim challenge. We’re so grateful to HRH for her continued support of DEBRA and the EB community.”
