It is inconceivable that an
attorney that has practiced law for 30+ years can be this bad! She stumbles her
words, asks ridiculous questions, and irritates the hell out of everyone in
the court! She doesn’t know when to stop! If she were my attorney, she would be
fired! Most of the time, the repetitive questions and answers she gets are in
Johnny’s favor! Someone needs to tell her just because she asks the question 5
times doesn’t change the answer.
If the lawyers did their
homework before fully taking on this case, they could’ve saved themselves from
this mess but instead decided to focus on the potential win bonus they could
score from this. They now realize that they have nothing in regards to evidence
that holds weight and are basically spending the rest of this case trying to
save their reputations as lawyers, more than they are trying to win as they
know that’s highly unlikely. They probably thought this would be another open
and shut domestic violence case against a druggy husband. I hope they didn’t
make any extravagant purchases before the case started, thinking they’d be rich
enough by the end to afford it.
In addition, that psychologist
was worth her weight in gold as a witness. She didn’t let that attorney do
anything she had planned to do and was outstanding!! Holy crap… That
testimony is going to 100% be an example in law schools of how a good witness
for your side handles questions from the other side. That was outstanding.
